Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data Agglestone Suite collects, why, and the choices and rights you have. Agglestone Suite is GDPR compliant.
Last updated: 27 October 2026.
Who we are
Agglestone Suite is run by Agglestone Labs Ltd, a company registered in New Zealand. We decide how your personal data is used, which makes us its controller under the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It covers suite.agglestone.com, agg.to, agglestone.com and the emails we send. Questions or requests about your data: admin@agglestone.com.
What we collect
- Your email address. You give it to us to use a tool. We email you a 6-digit code to show it's you, then use the same address for your dashboard and to email you results and updates, like a merged PDF or a download notice.
- What you make. Short links and where they go, the links in your QR codes, files and messages you send and who they're for, PDFs you merge or split, documents for signing, and surveys and their answers.
- The people you send things to. When you send a file or a document to sign, we keep the recipient's email address so we can email them and tell you when it's been downloaded or signed.
- Survey answers. Answers to an anonymous survey aren't tied to anyone. On a survey that asks people to confirm their email, we keep each person's email address with their answers, and the survey's creator can see it.
- Short link opens. When someone opens a short link, we record the date and the country it came from. We work out the country from the internet (IP) address and don't keep the address itself.
- Messages you send us, such as a report about a short link or an unexpected email, or a message through the contact form on agglestone.com, with the name and email address you give us.
- Keeping things safe. We use internet (IP) addresses and email addresses briefly to stop abuse, such as limiting how many codes or reports can be sent. These counts are kept for no more than two days.
- How the website is used. On suite.agglestone.com, agg.to and agglestone.com we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It uses cookies and collects details such as the pages you visit, your browser and roughly where you are.
Why we use it
- To run the tools you ask us to use, which is our contract with you.
- To keep Agglestone Suite secure and stop it being misused, such as checking short links for scams and limiting abuse. This is in our legitimate interest and yours.
- To understand how people use the website so we can improve it.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We don't use your data to make automated decisions about you, and we don't send marketing emails.
Where it's stored
Your data is stored in data centres in the European Union, and our backups stay in the EU too. It's encrypted on the way to us and where it's stored. Google Analytics data is processed by Google, which may happen outside the EU. More in Where your data is kept.
Who we share it with
- The people you choose, such as the recipient of a file or the creator of a survey you answer.
- The companies that host Agglestone Suite and deliver our emails, who only act on our instructions.
- Google, for website analytics.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Each tool tells you how long your things are available, such as the 7-day download links from Agglestone Send and Agglestone PDF. We keep your email address and what you've made for as long as you use Agglestone Suite, or until you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you,
- correct it,
- delete it,
- limit how we use it, or stop using it,
- give it to you in a format you can take elsewhere.
Email admin@agglestone.com and we'll reply within a month. If you're not happy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live. In New Zealand, that's the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
Children
Agglestone Suite is for businesses and adults. It isn't meant for children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
