Everything you make with Agglestone Suite is stored in the European Union, under some of the world's strongest data protection laws.
Stored in the EU
Your files, short links, QR codes, surveys and their answers, PDFs and the email address you use with us are all stored in data centres in the European Union. Our backups stay in the EU too.
Protected by the GDPR
Agglestone Suite is GDPR compliant. The EU's General Data Protection Regulation gives you the right to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it and to have it deleted. Our privacy policy explains what we keep and how to ask.
Encrypted, on the way and at rest
Everything you send us travels over an encrypted connection, and it's encrypted again where it's stored.
No password to leak
There's no password to forget, reuse or have stolen. You sign in with a 6-digit code we email you, and it only works once.
Kept only as long as each tool says
Each tool tells you how long your things are available. For example, the download links from Agglestone Send and Agglestone PDF work for 7 days.
Good to know
- Our emails don't carry tracking pixels, so we don't watch who opens them.
- Short links are checked against lists of phishing and scam websites that we keep on our own servers, so the links you shorten aren't sent anywhere else to be checked.
- Codes and notifications only ever come from noreply@mail.suite.agglestone.com, and every email we send for someone else has a link to report it if you weren't expecting it.
